Occlusion query support for rendering.


Add in occlusion query support for 3D objects to reduce expensive model renders.
CRenderedObject must have buffer to hold model meshes that satisfy occlusion conditions.
CRenderedObject must have attribute to hold OcclusionQuery class.
CRenderedObject must have property to expose occlusion meshes.

Decided to cancel this as GPUs are faster now so no point in burdening the CPU with a fancy culling algorithm...I'll just cull the objects behind the camera and render everything in front.
